It was perfect hotel with genuinely helpful and professional staff on her customer service. We had a continental breakfast, which was free. The location was the best, near nightclubs and restaurants. There were shopping centers and a small market around the property. The airport was 9 miles away.

A pretty and terrific hotel, my first choice in Honolulu. Marvellous and gorgeous location with exceptional view to full ocean view. Fab food for a continental breakfast.
Beds were a bit too soft.

Very good New Year's Eve party
Lots of people. Impossible to get place in the pool and do not have beach service as the Royal Hawaiian that was next door

Location was great - walked right out of the hotel onto Waikiki beach.
Bathrooms were old - grouting stained, carpet stains - so big - elevator call buttons dirty - groused me out with the whole germ transfer thing.

The oceanfront views from our balcony were amazing, and the adults-only infinity pool provided the perfect peaceful retreat away from the buzz of Waikiki.

The location is certainly a great adventage if you want to be in the nightlife, shopping and restaurants area. It is a big hotel with all services you could want if it is what you are looking for, no question.
Quite expansive for what we get. Crowded pool area, no chairs or umbrellas on the beach, very small beach, no bahtrobes, nice room but nothing more, nothing special for the hight price. Moreover, we got to pay $25US each day for services we do not necessary require and this is not in their advertising. The clerk at the registration did not explain anything to us, he simply put a little card with our keys in very small print....explanning what we get for that surplus. At least the parking and internet were included...plus other things we did not use. Overall, if we discarded these inconvenients, the place is so well located that it was nice to stay there four nights. The area is dynamic and offers many possibilities in termes of restauration at muh more responsable price.

The position
The check-in procedure was scandalously bad - everyone in the line had to wait at least 30 minutes to get to a counter, and the manager was of no help. There is no chance at all that I would stay at that hotel again. Apart from that, the hotel is in serious need of modernisation - for instance, the corridors were gloomy, cavernous, and stuffy. The room itself was not bad, but the bathroom was of a size suitable to a B grade motel rather than a so-called top quality hotel.

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the amazing ocean view from my room and the large pool that was a nice size compared to other hotels! The complimentary drink vouchers were a nice touch too.

The hotel is located right in walking distance of all attractions with no need for a rental car. The pool and beach are relaxing and breathtaking. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. I will stay here again and would highly recommended it.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Fabulous view and location. Would definitely stay there again.
Trying to get lounge chair by pool was quite difficult. People could leave their towels on chairs before brekky and go away for hours and nobody else could use the lounge while the towels were there.

I enjoyed relaxing by the beachfront and the fun yoga classes offered in the mornings. The only downside was that the fitness center was a bit crowded at times, so get there early 🌊
